Frankie and Francesca are part of a four-kitten litter, with their siblings, Franny and Frank, still at the shelter. Lopez explained that the kittens were discovered without their mother, but were old enough to be taken in. They are eating independently and have been treated with flea prevention and dewormer. Although they are too small for their first vaccine, it will be administered as part of the adoption package. If adopted before they qualify for the vaccine, new owners can return to the shelter for it.

Lopez noted that Frankie and Francesca are the only kittens in their litter with distinct coloring; they are gray tabbies, while their siblings are brown tabbies. She characterized one as “the cuddly attention seeker” and the other as “the feisty, curious.” Currently, Beaumont Animal Care has fewer than 10 cats overall, which includes the four kittens and several young adult cats around a year old. Two cats were recently brought in after their owner passed away, with Rolo being particularly social, while his brother, Hocus, has taken longer to adjust.

The adoption fee is set at $70, which covers spaying or neutering, vaccines, flea prevention, deworming, and a microchip once the kittens are old enough. Lopez mentioned that adopting kittens in pairs is beneficial as they keep each other entertained and help learn social cues. She encouraged potential adopters to visit Beaumont Animal Care to meet Frankie and Francesca and apply in person. They can also apply by scanning a QR code displayed onscreen.
