The proposed site would feature six-foot deer fencing, access gates, and a hardcore car park. It is planned to open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., with two separate sections for dogs. Customers would be allowed to book one-hour slots, with staggered bookings every 30 minutes to minimize crowding.

In addition to the dog exercise area, a separate application has been made for a self-build three-bedroom bungalow on Redbridge Lane in nearby Crossways, which includes provisions for parking, a cycle store, and amenity space.

Other recent applications include a request for an electricity substation at Steepleton Manor Residential Home in Winterbourne Steepleton, which would feature timber fencing and access, as well as a garage with a first-floor home office at 8 Marrs Cross, Sydling St Nicholas. Additionally, at Treehaven on Main Road in Osmington, plans have been proposed to replace the existing conservatory roof with a flat roof and enhance access.
