Supported by the ASPCA, this event is part of the Subaru Loves Pets initiative aimed at enhancing the lives of pets. All vaccinations and microchips will be available for $10 each, providing an affordable option for pet owners to ensure their animals' health and safety. Pets must be at least 16 weeks old to receive vaccinations, with dogs required to be on leashes and cats secured in carriers.

Services available at the clinic include:

— Rabies vaccine for dogs and cats: Protects against rabies, a serious viral disease.

— DAPPV vaccine for dogs: Guards against multiple canine diseases including distemper and parvovirus.

— FVRCP vaccine for cats: Protects against common feline illnesses such as calicivirus and panleukopenia.

— Microchips for dogs and cats: Offers permanent identification to assist in reuniting lost pets with their owners.

Pocatello Animal Services encourages pet owners to utilize this low-cost opportunity to protect their pets from preventable diseases and increase the likelihood of reunification if pets go missing.
