According to Robin McQuaid, a volunteer at the K-9 Adoption Center, Tenpenny came in as a stray and was initially very thin, but he has since worked hard to reach a healthy weight. "He’s a very lovable dog," McQuaid stated. She noted that he requires daily walks and enjoys running, playing, and interacting with children and families, making him a good fit for active owners.
McQuaid also expressed gratitude to those who attended the recent trunk-or-treat event for dogs on Monday night, noting it was successful with a record number of attendees. "We appreciate everyone who took time to stop by and support the Muskingum County K-9 Adoption Center," she said, highlighting the joy of seeing the dogs in their costumes and enjoying treats from local businesses.
