Shaw, a New York Times-bestselling author with a significant online following—1.5 million on Instagram, 1.74 million on YouTube, and 8.2 million likes on TikTok—will meet fans, sign books, and lead workshops at North Collier Regional Park.
According to Becca Morris, CEO of the Patty Baker Humane Society Naples, Shaw is a leading voice on kitten care. The workshops aim to provide practical, lifesaving information to animal welfare professionals, volunteers, and community members.
Shaw is also the founder of the Orphan Kitten Club, which supports vulnerable neonatal kittens through shelter grants, medical research, and mentorship. Her published works include "Tiny But Mighty," "Cats of the World," and "Kitten Lady’s Big Book of Little Kittens."
On July 25, the schedule of events includes:
- "Community Cats" (10 a.m. to noon): A workshop on Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), how to assist kittens found outdoors, and the benefits of community cat programs.
- "Saving Kittens" (1-3 p.m.): A presentation/workshop covering kitten rescue, fostering, and neonatal care.
- A VIP meet-and-greet with Hannah Shaw (3:30-4:30 p.m.), where she will sign copies of her books.
