Chewy Health has announced the opening of nominations for the 2027 Chewy Veterinary Leaders Program, aimed at supporting second-year veterinary students from underrepresented backgrounds interested in leadership development. A total of fifteen students will be selected, each receiving a $20,000 scholarship, which will be paid directly to their institution for the Fall 2027 semester.

In addition to the financial scholarship, participants will benefit from professional development resources, including monthly discussions led by MentorVet and an in-person leadership summit at Chewy’s headquarters in Florida. Following graduation, participants will engage in a six-month mentorship and professional development program and gain access to the Chewy Veterinary Leaders alumni network.
