The small black kitten was discovered trapped inside a power box on E. Trenton Road, exposing it to 7,500 volts. The combined efforts of the animal care officers and the electric cooperative's crews ensured the safe removal of the kitten from the dangerous location.
After the rescue, the kitten was taken to the Palm Valley Animal Society for further care.
