During the event, adoption fees will be $25 for cats and $50 for dogs. The event is in partnership with Jenkins Subaru. Attendees are invited to visit even if they are not adopting, as volunteers will have wand toys and lickable cat treats available for interaction with the cats. The volunteers can assist visitors in getting cats out for one-on-one attention when the animals are comfortable.
For information regarding specific cats, individuals can contact the shelter directly at 304-472-3865. Organizers encourage the public to share details of the event and invite friends to help give the animals the best chance at finding new homes.
