Months prior to starting construction, Zachary selected Ten Lives Club as the beneficiary of his Eagle Scout project, driven by his passion for helping animals. He had previously adopted two cats from the organization.
Cynthia Schwenkel, Zachary's mother, shared that he has always loved cats and envisioned building something to support Ten Lives Club. The donation shed allows community members to contribute items that will assist in the care of the rescued cats.
