PHELAN, Calif. — Residents of unincorporated San Bernardino County can access free pet vaccinations and microchipping at an upcoming clinic. The clinic will offer vaccinations and microchipping while supplies last, and cat owners are encouraged to arrive between 11:00 a.m. and noon. Pet owners are reminded to keep dogs on leashes and transport cats in individual carriers.
