Dr. Philip Robinson Named Head of MSU's Department of Pathobiology and Population Medicine

STARKVILLE — Mississippi State University has appointed Dr. Philip Robinson as the new head of the Department of Pathobiology and Population Medicine within its College of Veterinary Medicine. Robinson brings a wealth of clinical and academic experience from both the U.K. and the U.S.

Prior to this position, he was a professor of veterinary public health and the deputy head of Harper & Keele Veterinary School in England. Dr. Robinson is also recognized as a specialist in state veterinary medicine by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Notably, he was a U.S.-U.K. Fulbright Scholar in 2010, during which he conducted research at MSU's College of Veterinary Medicine.
