Meet Ruby, the Nebraska Humane Society's Featured Pet of the Week

Ruby is a medium-sized dog with a playful spirit. Although she may feel nervous around new people initially, she quickly warms up and shows her vibrant personality. She enjoys playing fetch, with her favorite toy being a tennis ball. While she hasn’t mastered the art of returning the ball right away, treats can easily redirect her focus, allowing for more playtime.

After a game of fetch, Ruby loves to cuddle and seeks attention from those she trusts. It’s important to note that she will need to be the only pet in her future home and will require introductions to all family members before adoption.
