This event serves as the organization’s largest fundraising effort of the year, with tickets currently available for purchase.

The gala aims to support shelter care, foster programs, veterinary services, food, medication, and specialized services for homeless cats, particularly those with medical and behavioral challenges, senior cats, and those needing long-term sanctuary. Clinic manager Miley Wilson previously stated that many of these cats would face adverse outcomes in traditional shelters.
A spokesperson for Purrfect Pals emphasized the organization’s commitment to providing lifelong protection for every cat that enters the program. “Our commitment has always been that once a cat becomes a Pals cat, they will always have a safety net with us,” the spokesperson said.
Additionally, the organization is making plans for improvements to their Arlington campus, aimed at enhancing services for cats in the future. For those unable to attend the Black Cat Ball, Purrfect Pals is continually looking for volunteers and donations to help support their mission.
