To maintain the momentum, the shelter is waiving adoption fees for select animals on Friday, October 23, and Saturday, October 24, from 2 PM to 5 PM. The shelter invites potential adopters to come and meet their new companions, whether they resemble Westies or not, while also helping many other dogs find homes.
