Orlando Area Shelters Reduce Pet Adoption Fees to $70 or Less Until September 30

Animal shelters in the Orlando-Daytona Beach-Melbourne region are participating in the BISSELL Pet Foundation’s Empty the Shelters initiative, offering pet adoptions for $70 or less. This event aims to find loving homes for shelter pets while creating space for additional animals in need.

All cats and dogs available for adoption have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped to ensure they are healthy and ready for their new families.

Since its inception in 2016, the Empty the Shelters program has aided over 431,000 pets in finding homes across the United States and Canada. Currently, 269 animal welfare organizations across 36 states are involved in this campaign.

The Empty the Shelters event will continue at participating local shelters through September 30.
