Dr. Pickett has over 20 years of experience in animal health, corporate strategy, and product commercialization. She is currently the Chief Medical Officer of EQUUSIR USA and holds advisory roles related to clinical and strategic guidance for emerging medical technologies. Her previous roles include serving as CEO, President, and Chief Strategy Officer at Hannah Pet Hospitals from 2023 to 2026, and in various executive positions at Pet Paradise from 2017 to 2022.
Throughout her career, Dr. Pickett has led veterinary and operational strategies across a network of over 55 veterinary hospitals and pet resorts in more than 15 states, significantly contributing to enterprise revenue during her tenure.
Dr. Pickett holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida and an MBA from St. George’s University, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University. She has also completed the Global C-Suite Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
In her statement, Dr. Pickett expressed her excitement to join the Board, indicating her intention to leverage her veterinary knowledge to support PetVivo’s commercial strategy and strengthen ties with the veterinary community. She replaces Diane Levitan, who resigned the same day, and will maintain the Board's total of six members.
