Since Saturday, the shelter has responded to over 200 service calls, leading to a pressing appeal for assistance in clearing out shelter space. A spokesperson emphasized the need for action, stating, "More dogs are coming. If you can help, now is the time. Even one dog leaving can make room for another dog who needs us."
