Dr. Brook Niemiec, co-author of the guidelines, stated that the WSAVA Global Dental Guidelines represent a significant contribution to veterinary dentistry. He expressed confidence that the revisions will empower veterinary professionals, improve the quality of dental care provided, and ultimately enhance the health and well-being of pets.
