The promotion applies to all dogs and cats aged 4 months and older, coinciding with a themed event titled “Lady Whiskertown,” inspired by Bridgerton. Shelter officials noted that routine animal intake and all standard services are now back to normal.
Diane Summers, Division Manager, expressed gratitude towards the community for their patience during the construction phase. She emphasized that the organization is eager to help the many pets in their care find new families through this promotion.
The new shelter is projected to open in fall 2027, featuring over 123,000 square feet of space, including accommodations for 265 dogs and nearly 200 cats.
