The facility will provide a comprehensive range of services, including routine care, 24-hour emergency services, surgeries, and advanced diagnostics, all within a single location. Registration for pets is expected to begin in December, and the hospital will feature free on-site parking.
Animal Trust Vets aims to reinvest most of its profits back into patient care, ensuring treatment costs remain fair and transparent, devoid of hidden fees. Owen Monie, the founder, emphasized that many families struggle with difficult choices when their pets require treatment. The Hull location will incorporate modern facilities and experienced veterinary staff to enhance accessibility to trusted veterinary care.
Monie stated, “Our ambition is to become part of the Hull community for the long-term, building trusted relationships with pets, their owners, and the people who care for them.”
The planned services will include:
- Daytime appointments and 24-hour emergency veterinary care
- Consultations and vaccinations
- Dentistry and surgery
- Advanced diagnostics such as an on-site laboratory, X-ray, and ultrasound
- Emergency care with an additional £80 out-of-hours supplement
Animal Trust Vets is currently recruiting veterinary surgeons, registered veterinary nurses, and support staff.
