To facilitate usage, a dedicated parking and turning area will be established at the end of the access track near the field entrance. A coded gate system will manage vehicle access, while a separate coded pedestrian gate will ensure secure entry for visitors.
Owners or dog walkers must supervise the dogs at all times during their visit. Customers will be provided with an induction before their first use, covering the booking system, access protocols, noise management, and responsible dog behavior.
The proposal emphasizes a low-intensity use of the land, with no buildings or lighting, limited to daylight hours, and controlled access through the booking system. It aims to sustainably utilize the existing paddock while maintaining its natural character.
