Zuko the American Bulldog Mix Seeks Loving Home

Zuko, a 2-year-old American Bulldog mix, is this week’s Dog of the Week at the Santa Clarita Valley Animal Care Center. This 70-pound dog was surrendered by his previous owner due to an impending new baby and is now looking for a second chance at a forever home.

Shelter ID A5801657, Zuko has demonstrated positive interactions during his shelter assessments, successfully getting along with both large and small dogs, as well as cats. He is also reported to be great with children, making him a suitable choice for families.

Zuko possesses several qualities that might make transitioning to a new home easier. He is potty trained, crate trained for overnight stays, and has experience being alone in the backyard while his owner was at work.

Those interested in adopting Zuko can visit the Santa Clarita Valley Animal Care Center at 31044 Charlie Canyon Road in Castaic. The shelter is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For inquiries, prospective adopters can email the shelter at [email protected].
