Established in 2008, MeowZa aims to connect cats and kittens with families in a welcoming retail-style setting. Since its inception, the Humane Society has reported that over 6,750 cats and kittens have found homes through this initiative. Brian Weltge, president and CEO of the Humane Society of Greater Dayton, noted that the relocation to a high-traffic area will enhance visibility for animals awaiting adoption, increasing their chances of finding loving homes.
