Baldwin County, Ga. (WGXA) — Multiple dogs trapped in a storm drain were rescued by crews on September 21, 2021. Teams from Baldwin County Fire & Rescue, Animal Control, and the Water Department collaborated to extract the dogs from a storm drain located near the Milledgeville Manor on South Jefferson Street.
