The dog was named Snow White, and volunteers from Seventh Heaven Rescue in New York, a partner organization of the animal pound, stepped in to provide her with care and a chance at a better life. Upon her arrival at the rescue, Snow White was found to be soaking wet, dirty, and infested with fleas, though she was at a healthy weight. Rescuers quickly placed her with a foster family.
As Snow White settled in, her affectionate nature began to shine through. Once she felt secure in her new environment, she began following her foster family around, eager for companionship.
Snow White enjoyed playing tug-of-war, interacting with other dogs, and cuddling with her foster parents. Her time in foster care was short-lived, as her foster family became so attached that they chose to adopt her permanently. Today, Snow White has finally found the forever home she had been waiting for, and her story has a joyful conclusion.
