The Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga (HES) is offering a one-year-old male cat named Tasmanian Devil, or Taz for short, for adoption. Taz weighs approximately 10 pounds and is described by HES staff as resembling a "Looney Tune trapped in a cat's body." They highlight his silly, zany, and lovable nature, along with a unique chirpy meow.

Taz enjoys playing with a variety of toys, including springs, tunnels, boxes, and toy mice. He is sociable with other animals, getting along well with both cats and dogs. HES recommends that Taz be adopted by someone with another high-energy pet to match his playful demeanor. He loves to snuggle and is still youthful at heart, even as a larger cat.
According to HES, Taz can sometimes confuse human hands for toys during play, and he is eager to entertain his future family. He has been rated "T for teen" as he is still learning to manage his claws.
