The proposal includes two parking lots designed to accommodate eight and seven cars, respectively. Each parking area will offer pedestrian routes and dog waste bins for convenience and cleanliness.

The design calls for deer fencing that is two meters high around each of the four paddocks, enabling dogs to be exercised off-lead in a secure environment.

The facility is set to operate on a pre-booking basis, offering sessions of 25 and 55 minutes for individuals or small groups, with a maximum capacity of four vehicles at a time.

The applicant, Wildlife Rescue, has indicated that the income generated from the park would support its wildlife hospital at Moyles Court, which is recognized for its efforts in wildlife welfare and conservation across the region.
