Pasadena Humane will host its second Free Adoption Day of the summer on Saturday, July 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During the event, adoption fees will be waived for all available dogs, cats, and other animals, thanks to support from the Pet Care Foundation and The Georgia B. Ridder Foundation.

The organization is encouraging the community to participate and provide loving homes for shelter animals, which include dogs, cats, kittens, and more. Every adopted pet not only finds a new family but also helps create space and resources for additional animals in need.
Chris Ramon, President & CEO of Pasadena Humane, highlighted the significance of this event, particularly during kitten season. He noted, "This event comes at an especially important time for us, as we are still in the height of kitten season. Every adoption makes a real difference. When a pet goes home with a loving family, it changes that animal’s life and helps us support the next pet in need."
Adopting from Pasadena Humane comes with several benefits. All animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and receive appropriate vaccinations before being placed in their new homes. Additionally, adoption counselors are available to help families find a pet that aligns with their lifestyle and experience level, ensuring successful matches.
