Dubai: Pet owners in three communities will have the chance to enjoy a day out with their pets this October. Dubai Holding Community Management is organizing Pets' Day Out, a series of events designed for pets and their families. - Saturday, October 10: Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT)
- Sunday, October 11: Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC)
- Sunday, October 18: Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR)
These community-specific events will facilitate local participation, making it easy for residents to attend.
Activities throughout the events will include pet shows, grooming demonstrations, and workshops for pet owners. There will also be spaces for children's activities, appearances by pet-themed mascots, and a photo booth for memorable pictures with pets. The events are described as a day filled with "treats, play, and furry friendships," aimed at fostering connections among pet-owning families in the neighborhoods.
For those planning to bring their pets, the organizers recommend some guidelines to ensure an enjoyable experience:
- Keep dogs on a lead, particularly in shared spaces with children or other animals.
- Bring water and a bowl, as October daytime temperatures can reach the mid-30s Celsius; visiting later in the day is advised if possible.
