Reed Chevrolet initiated the collaboration to create a dual-purpose event, allowing prospective car buyers to also interact with cats and dogs available for adoption, and vice versa.

M'Shoogy's reported interest from several families looking to adopt pets, expressing appreciation for the opportunity to facilitate potential adoptions.

This collaboration aligns with Reed Chevrolet's goal to engage more with the community and utilize their space for positive initiatives. Chad Wempen, the general manager at Reed Chevrolet, noted, "We reached out to them to see if they want to be part of a collaboration to have a dual purpose day. They were very excited and so are we. It's kind of neat having pets in the showroom, and people able to come in and see if they can find their next pet."

The dealership plans to host more community events in the future, including Food Truck Friday, which will take place every Friday for the remainder of this month and next.
